Kyiv Sightseeing tour

A panoramic bus tour will help you to discover beauty and magnificence of the city with a harmonic combination of ancient sights of 11-17th cent, modern architecture and fascinating nature. The route of the excursion passes through the central streets and squares, including the main historical districts of Kyiv: Old Town, Pechersk, Podil.

The sightseeing tour of Kyiv will include: visiting St. Volodymyr Cathedral and Michael Golden Domed Cathedral, overview outside of Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and St. Sophia Cathedral, Andrew’s Church, Red building of the University, Monument to Kyi, Schek and Khoryv, Central streets, squares and parks, The Golden Gate and Old Podil district visiting.

Excursion to Enamine Ltd



This tour offers a unique opportunity to visit premises and labs of one of Ukraine's most successful chemical companies - Enamine Ltd.


This excursion into the world of innovative chemical manufacturing will start at the company’s headquarters situated in the area one of the largest chemical factory in former Soviet Union - “Radical”. Currently this area is transformed into a large industrial district with numerous enterprises. Following the overview of Enamine’s main office, you will be guided to several R&D units and visit NMR-spectroscopy Laboratory, Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry Laboratory, Department of Preparative Chromatography, Bioanalytical Laboratory and the heart of Enamine - Synthetic Laboratories.
During this excursion you will get a general overview of how the process of creating huge compound collections for early drug discovery research is organized and conducted in practice.

During this tour you will visit the most important masterpieces of church architecture in Kyiv including the National Kyiv-Pechersk Cave’s Monastery, St. Vladimir’s cathedral, St. Andrew’s Church and St. Michael’s gold-domed cathedral. You will also visit the Mykola Syadristy Microminiatures Museum. Examples of items on display are: a tray complete with wine bottle and glasses, all set on a grain of salt; the human being at various stages of life, represented on a gold thread 400-times thinner than a human hair and the most popular item on display is a caravan of camels trudging toward a pyramid and palm tree, all nestled within the eye of a needle. Each work in the museum took about 6 months to create, and must be viewed through a microscope.

The Radomyshl castle houses a unique collection of Ukrainian icons, which includes over 5,000 exhibits. The castle boasts fully preserved parkland and gardens and authentically restored interiors from the 17th-19th Centuries.

The castle is located in a park between two waterfalls, which also includes sculptures and several islands connected by bridges.

The manual production of paper, as practiced by Orthodox monks 400 years ago, has been revived at the Castle. The paper production line even uses XVII century equipment!




Mezhyhirya

Mezhyhirya was once the residence of President Viktor Yanukovych and has been transformed into the Museum of Corruption or the Museum of Kitsch. The opulent mansion and grounds features exotic plants, sculptures, specially designed duck houses, a professional golf course, helicopter pad, petrol station, “Honka” zoo,a laboratory which was installed to test the food for presence of harmful substances.

After the tragedy in 1986, Chernobyl became a prohibited zone. Twenty years later the area is open for tourists. Pripyat was home to 50,000 people and today, almost three decades on, the city's streets lie overgrown, and schools, apartments and shops crumble under the twin onslaught of time and the elements. A stroll through Pripyat feels very much like being on the set of a Hollywood post-apocalypse movie.

Sightseeing opportunities at Chernobyl town: Wormwood Star memorial; St. Ilya Church, Memorial “To Those who Saved the World”; photo stop with robots and vehicles used to clean the radioactive fallout; entry to the 10 km Zone by passing Leliv checkpoint; feeding catfish in the cooling channel around the Power Plant (if it is warm enough); sightseeing Reactor #4 from a 300 m distance and more.

No tourist visit to Ukraine is complete without a trip to Lviv. Lviv is the largest city and cultural center of western Ukraine, with around 800,000 inhabitants. If you are coming here from Kyiv or other Ukrainian cities you will sense differences in the culture and architecture.
1st day Meeting in Lviv. Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Walking tour "Polish Lviv" 3 hours You will learn the history and legends of the city of Leo XIV-XVIII st. Walk through the narrow medieval streets and the famous Market Square, see the most famous attractions in Lviv: Latin Department, Church of the Dominicans, Assumption Church, the Armenian Cathedral ... and many other sights of the city! Free time. You can visit the most unusual cafes of the city. Cafe "Masoch" where you will put on handcuffs. Cafe "Gasova lamp", where you will try many liqueurs, prepared at night using a secret recipe. Jewish Kneipp, where there are no prices on the menu and you'll have to haggle with the waiter.

During our second tour in the city you can visit: an old pharmacy and, Galician regional Sejm (parliament), Polish regional bank, Galician savings bank (seated statue of Liberty), Prague bank, the management of the railway, music Academy. Master class on decorating eggs (pysanka)

Ukrainians have been decorating eggs (pysanky) for many generations. Symbolism is at the root of all pysanky and a simple design can be full of symbolic meaning. Certain designs and symbols are reserved for different rituals such as healing, fertility, successful harvests. The name “pysanka” derives from the Ukrainian verb “pysaty,” meaning “to write.” (“Pysanka” is the singular form; “pysanky” is plural.)

Master class on petrykivka painting

Petrikov painting is a decorative and ornamental painting, which was formed in Dnipropetrovsk in the late 19th century. Petrikovka historically developed as a wall painting and decoration of everyday items such as dower chests, ovens, tables and benches. Today its elements are widely used in the painting of wooden objects such as spoons, plates, cutting boards, book illustrations and wall decorations.

The Dnipro River is the third longest river in Europe and one of the most picturesque parts of Kyiv. It has played an important role in the life of the city and began as a place of international transportation in ancient times due to the route “From the Vikings to the Greeks”.

From the Dnipro River you will be able to admire the sights of Kyiv: Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra; Monument to Volodymyr the Great; Vydubytskyi Monastery and Andrew’s Church.
